2)In stock orders will be processed the following business day (there are circumstances where an order may be delayed in processing)

3) Standard shipping is estimated at three to five days from the time your order leaves the warehouse

4) Shipping days are business days, no holidays or weekends

5) Extra shipping charges may apply to overweight packages

6) No PO Box or international delivery on 2 day or overnight shipping

7) International Shipping Info: Shipping costs for International orders vary based on the contents of your order and the country to which the order is being shipped. Due to possible border restrictions, International delivery may sometimes take up to 6 weeks.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We carefully check and pack your order, but if there is a problem we want to correct it. If an item is damaged, please call us at (512) 433-5130 to remedy the situation. We are happy to accept returns for any UNUSED merchandise returned to us in the original box or packaging. If we shipped the item in error, we will credit your return shipping costs and, of course, will not charge you to ship the correct item. In any other circumstance you will be responsible for shipping costs. When returning an item please include your name, address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. We will credit your credit card and mail the receipt to you.
