1) In stock orders will be processed the following business day. (Extenuating circumstances may apply)
2) Standard shipping is estimated at three to seven days from the time your order leaves the warehouse.
3) EM2 processes orders Monday-Friday. (No holidays or weekends)
4) Extra shipping charges may apply to overweight packages.
5) No P.O. Box addresses on one and two day deliveries.
6) One and two day deliveries do not include Saturday delivery. (i.e. - a one-day delivery order processed Friday will arrive Monday)
7) APO/FPO- will be processed the next business day; however, special circumstances can cause delays in delivery as long as 4-6 weeks.
8) A restocking fee may apply for returned items. (Up to 15% of the total)
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We carefully check and pack your order, but if there is a problem we want to correct it! If an item is damaged, please call us at 888.812.1909 to remedy the situation. We are happy to accept returns for any UNUSED merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase. We ask that you please return the product in the original box and/or packaging where applicable. If we shipped the item in error, we will credit your return shipping costs and will ship the correct item at our expense; otherwise, you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs. When returning an item please include your name, address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. We will credit your credit/debit card as soon as possible.
